Widlund Ultra is an machine intended for processing, polishing and grinding details for mainly watches and wristwatches, etc.

The machine is specially developed for those who manufacture/repair various types of watches and their fine mechanics, but the machine is also an all-in-one machine for processing, polishing and grinding various objects.

The standard size of the abrasive belt for this machine is 50 mm x 1000 mm.

Own weight without grinding and polishing accessories: Max. 68 kg.

Widlund Ultra is sold in two different basic versions

Both Widlund Ultra options have the same type of motor, a 4-pole 1.5 kW 3-phase motor and a built-in motor control.

What sets them apart is that Option 2 also has a built-in Belt Grinder.

The Widlund Ultra should stand on a flat and stable surface.

Depending on the Widlund Ultra option, there are four or five holes for attachment on the lower side of the machine, make sure to attach the machine so that the frame itself ends up along the edge of the bench.

The machine is equipped with an built-in antistatic socket to avoid problems with static electricity when using the machine.

Just put on the ESD wristband that comes with the machine and connect it to the ground - antistatic socket on the machine's control panel.

Changing the abrasive belt is a simple operation on the Widlund Ultra.

Place the abrasive belt over the contact wheel and when it is fully in place use the tension lever to tension the belt.

When the abrasive belt is sufficiently tensioned, use the locking lever to lock it in place and now the locking screw can also be tightend.

When the machine starts, the abrasive belt can travel in either direction on the contact wheel.

This is easily adjusted by turning the adjustment knob when the machine is running.

It is possible to tilt the machine's blade forward to make it easier to see when certain tasks are being performed on the belt grinder.

Loosen the two bolts that are screwed into the engine cover, now it is easy to tilt the blade forward. When it has reached the bottom of the sliding slot, tighten the two bolts again.

The machine has a high-precision screw mount - accessory bracket that fits all of the machine’s grinding and polishing accessories something that also makes changing them quick and easy.

To securely attach or detach the various grinding and polishing accessories there's specially designed accessory bracket tools.

The Widlund Ultra supports several different grinding and polishing accessories, which enables the machine to be used in many different ways.

    
This accessory ensures that any splashes that may occur during use are limited to inside the Polishing Hood. The hood is equipped with lighting to make it easier to see when work is being carried out. There are also cushioning mats both in the back wall and at the bottom to limit any damage that may occur if the workpiece is dropped while working with it. On the back of the hood there is a connection for connecting a vacuum cleaner or similar, so that the working environment can be kept clean.

    
This accessory makes it possible to, for example, attach several polishing discs to an axle, the distance between them can be adjusted via spacers. It is also possible to attach deburring wheels or different types of grinding wheels. In other words, it is possible to easily assemble the configuration that best suits the work to be carried out. At the front of the Axle there is also a conical spindle where, for example, another disc can be attached.
